We are committed to providing you, our valued customers, with the best possible customer service. In most cases (not all) we will strive to provide a quick turnaround.  On most typical orders, we endeavor to fill and ship within 72 hours of receiving it (obviously not every order falls into this category, for example, FRESH chile and Roasted Chile will take it's natural time, etc.).  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, typically you may return it for a full refund, or replacement except for seasonal, frozen products, or fresh chile when no one is home to accept initial delivery of an order.
